Key Responsibilities

•Design self-running loops with explicit triggers, scopes, actions, budgets, and stop conditions to ensure unattended operation within cost and iteration limits
•Build multi-agent swarms with orchestrator and specialized agents, shared state, and quality gates to prevent conflicts
•Make verification a first-class component by creating checks, evals, and reviewer agents that catch mistakes before merge
•Own agent state and memory with persistent on-disk state and per-turn context to survive restarts
•Ship the platform around the agents (APIs, services, queues, and integrations) using TypeScript/Node on AWS with tests, tracing, and observability

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 2,500 - 3,000 monthly

Key Requirements

•5+ years writing production software that other engineers depend on
•Hands-on loop engineering experience with explicit stop conditions, budgets, retries, and self-verification
•Experience designing multi-agent or swarm-based systems with orchestration and quality gates
•Fluency with modern agent tooling (Claude Code or Codex, sub-agents, persistent memory, tool and function calling)
•Solid TypeScript and Node experience (NestJS or similar framework; Prisma or similar data layer)
