Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyse der monatlichen und quartalsweisen Abschlüsse, adressatengerechte Aufbereitung der Ergebnisse und Erläuterung wesentlicher Entwicklungen.
  • •Entwicklung des mehrjährigen Finanzplans gemeinsam mit Team und relevanten Stakeholdern in den Fachbereichen.

Key Requirements

  • •Fachhochschul- oder Universitätsabschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Finance, Controlling oder vergleichbarer Fachrichtung.
  • •Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in Controlling, Financial Planning & Analysis, Reporting, Accounting, Underwriting oder Portfoliomanagement – idealerweise in Versicherungs-/Rückversicherung.
  • •Strukturierte Analyse komplexer Sachverhalte mit verständlicher, entscheidungsorientierter Ergebnisaufbereitung.
  • •Sicherer Umgang mit Excel und MS Office; Erfahrung mit Reporting-, Planungs- oder Business-Intelligence-Lösungen von Vorteil.
