Lead Software Engineer, Network Systems

Design and build Network Systems software that controls and optimizes Arista hardware on switches and routers. Collaborate with customers, product management, and hardware engineers to architect and deliver new features, improve scalability and performance, and debug complex customer and system-test issues. Develop C/C++/Python functionality, create abstractions for hardware driver integration, build automated test infrastructure, and provide technical leadership while mentoring engineers through the full product lifecycle.
