Job Summary

Investigate employee relations concerns and lead thorough, objective investigations, including documentation, witness statements, and review of supporting evidence such as camera footage. Partner with legal and site leaders to ensure consistent policy administration and recommend training or educational solutions. Track and resolve grievances, analyze employee relations trends, and provide actionable feedback to HR leadership and operations to support a productive, compliant workplace.

Key Responsibilities

•Investigate employee relations concerns such as harassment, discrimination, wage/hours, and retaliation through appropriate channels.
•Conduct objective investigations and recommend resolutions while ensuring fairness and consistency with local policies and practices.
•Maintain accurate, complete, and confidential investigation records and files.
•Partner with legal and site leaders to research policies/practices and implement consistent procedures.
•Track grievances, analyze employee relations trends, and provide actionable feedback and training content to HR leadership and operations.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, plus 2+ years of relevant HR and/or law enforcement experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
•Thoroughly document and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
•Handle multiple, possibly conflicting priorities.
•Strong communication and administrative skills.
•Strong problem solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.

Experience:2+ years

Education:Bachelor's in Human Resources (or a related field)
