Coordinate and execute logistics operations to ensure timely, cost-efficient delivery of CHEP equipment. Manage daily order processing, monitor logistics performance, and resolve operational incidents to keep service levels high. Oversee dedicated fleets and transportation routes, track on-time performance and transport quality metrics, and proactively address variances. Serve as a real-time customer point of contact and collaborate with internal teams and third-party providers to improve processes and alignment.
