Job Summary

Drive delivery of new Alternative products and product management projects for HSBC Asset Management. Partner with Product Development and Management to define timelines and critical deliverables, manage initiative ownership, and oversee product launch mechanics. Improve delivery efficiency, facilitate Board review and approvals for new products, and establish global best practices for product delivery from technical and governance perspectives while building local expertise.

Key Responsibilities

•Work with Product Development and Management teams to deliver new Alternative products and product management projects efficiently.
•Own projects and be responsible for delivery of key Alternative initiatives.
•Create project timelines and critical deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met by all parties.
•Manage the mechanics of the product launch process.
•Present and facilitate Board review and approval of new products and establish global best practice for product delivery.

Key Requirements

•Demonstrated project management and product delivery experience at an established asset manager.
•Knowledge of the Alternatives space would be advantageous.
•Ability to take ownership, work with minimal supervision, and deliver effective solutions.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate with impact.
•Ability to build cross-border stakeholder relationships and plan/prioritise multiple complex initiatives.
