Lead the enterprise inclusion and culture strategy across Tapestry’s global brand portfolio, setting a multi-year roadmap, metrics, and accountability that turn company values into lived employee experiences. Own employee listening (surveys, pulse checks, focus groups) and use data to drive engagement and belonging. Lead a global team of three, evolve the EBRG ecosystem, scale volunteering programs, and partner with HR, leadership, and Communications on culture transformation.
