Supervisor - Pressure Control & Odorization

Supervise day-to-day union field operations across Rochester Gas & Electric territory, covering pressure regulation, odorization, and critical valve and station inspections. Lead planning, scheduling, proactive/reactive inspections, troubleshooting, and emergency response while ensuring maintenance and capital work comply with DOT 49 CFR 191/192 and internal standards. Manage documentation, compliance surveys, safety meetings, training/OQs, and labor relations, and coordinate with internal teams and customers to support safety, reliability, and customer service.
