Lead TikTok’s global eDiscovery function within the Global Litigation team. Key Responsibilities

•Own and lead the company’s global eDiscovery strategy, operations, and technology across litigation, regulatory, and investigation matters.
•Serve as the lead eDiscovery subject-matter expert, advising the Global Legal team and collaborating with outside counsel and internal stakeholders.
•Lead and manage the global eDiscovery team, setting goals and ensuring engagement to build scalable discovery practices.
•Design, implement, and continuously improve global eDiscovery standards, workflows, and playbooks to ensure consistency and compliance.
•Evaluate, implement, and optimize eDiscovery technologies and develop metrics, reporting, and forecasting to track performance, risk, and spend.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree and a Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school, with a license to practice in either New York or California (or able to obtain in-house designation in those jurisdictions).
•Deep, specialized eDiscovery experience in private practice and/or corporate litigation and/or regulatory environments.
•Proven experience leading global teams managing large-scale cross-border matters.
•Extensive knowledge of the eDiscovery lifecycle, document review management, data privacy, and information governance.
•Strong technical fluency with enterprise discovery platforms and workflows (including Relativity and Nuix).
