Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and lead the company’s global eDiscovery strategy, operations, and technology across litigation, regulatory, and investigation matters.
  • •Serve as the lead eDiscovery subject-matter expert, advising the Global Legal team and collaborating with outside counsel and internal stakeholders.
  • •Lead and manage the global eDiscovery team, setting goals and ensuring engagement to build scalable discovery practices.
  • •Design, implement, and continuously improve global eDiscovery standards, workflows, and playbooks to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • •Evaluate, implement, and optimize eDiscovery technologies and develop metrics, reporting, and forecasting to track performance, risk, and spend.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and a Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school, with a license to practice in either New York or California (or able to obtain in-house designation in those jurisdictions).
  • •Deep, specialized eDiscovery experience in private practice and/or corporate litigation and/or regulatory environments.
  • •Proven experience leading global teams managing large-scale cross-border matters.
  • •Extensive knowledge of the eDiscovery lifecycle, document review management, data privacy, and information governance.
  • •Strong technical fluency with enterprise discovery platforms and workflows (including Relativity and Nuix).
