Key Responsibilities

•Lead one or more OTC functions across Global Business Services value streams in business development (pricing and contracts or proposals and quotes) or operations (sales order management or invoicing).
•Train and develop a team, and recommend actions related to performance assessments, training, development, scheduling, hiring, firing, and other employment matters.
•Ensure team quality and productivity, including reviewing and validating work completed by junior personnel.
•Create, edit, manage, and validate OTC internal and customer data with accuracy and timeliness; analyze and maintain data in multiple systems.
•Develop and drive process improvement opportunities; develop reports and publish OTC metrics while communicating with team, internal clients, and management.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma (or equivalent) and at least 6 years of relevant work experience are required.
•Prefer a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
•Previous experience in the oil and gas industry, specifically in business development, field operations, or field engineering is preferred.
•Demonstrate effective interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
•Front line management experience is required.
