Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and develop scope, approach, scenarios, and test designs for bank readiness tests aligned with value streams and program goals.
  • •Collaborate with business architects and delivery management to translate business processes, transformation requirements, and migration objectives into end-to-end test scenarios.
  • •Establish a structured approach for test design, preparation, execution, and reporting across multiple platforms and applications.
  • •Ensure coverage of end-to-end bank processes, including dependencies and integration points between business areas, applications, and platforms.
  • •Moderate stakeholder workshops across locations and coordinate test activities with international, cross-functional teams; identify test dependencies, risks, gaps, readiness criteria, and test environment requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience in large-scale transformation programs in banking or financial services consulting (e.g., Test Lead/Test Manager/Test Architect).
  • •Strong end-to-end knowledge of bank processes, including practical experience in at least two areas: Core Banking, Payments, Lending, or Finance.
  • •Methodical expertise across test strategy, test design, test planning, and test execution.
  • •Proven experience defining and coordinating end-to-end test scenarios across multiple domains and in complex multi-platform, multi-application test environments.
  • •Proficiency with bank migrations and/or Post-Merger Integration (PMI) programs, ideally from a testing perspective, plus effective stakeholder collaboration in distributed international teams.
