Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and execute end-to-end product design across Accounts & Activation, Monetization, and Permissions.
  • •Design account setup, indexing, workspace management, privacy, roles, activation, and consumption experiences.
  • •Design complex billing workflows including paywalls, upgrades, credit reporting, Control Tower, and localization.
  • •Define scalable consumption experiences, permission structures, and sharing models.
  • •Use research, data, prototyping, and AI-assisted design and coded prototypes to validate and refine solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of professional Product Design experience.
  • •Experience designing complex SaaS products or enterprise platforms.
  • •Strong systems thinking and experience designing interconnected product experiences.
  • •Experience with enterprise workflows such as account management, activation, monetization, permissions, billing, or similar platform domains.
  • •Advanced proficiency with Figma (or equivalent) and experience using AI tools and/or coded prototypes in the design process.
