Key Responsibilities

  • •Support daily operation, setup, qualification, maintenance, and troubleshooting for Teradyne UltraFLEX ATE systems, TEL wafer probers, Chroma handlers, and associated test hardware.
  • •Coordinate equipment bring-up and vendor escalations, including installation, acceptance, calibration, preventative maintenance, and recovery.
  • •Support qualification and debug of probe cards, load boards, sockets, interface boards, cables, and contactor hardware, including diagnosing contact/alignment/thermal/signal integrity issues.
  • •Enable NPI and characterization by preparing tester/handler/prober setups, supporting data collection and failure reproduction, and working with engineering teams to resolve hardware issues impacting NPI.
  • •Develop and maintain lab SOPs and documentation, manage critical spares/inventory, drive uptime improvements via root-cause analysis, and execute HTOL/ELFR readouts while supporting reliability qualification activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Semiconductor Engineering, or related technical disciplines.
  • •5+ years supporting semiconductor test equipment or manufacturing equipment.
  • •Hands-on experience supporting Teradyne UltraFLEX testers, TEL wafer probers, and/or Chroma handlers (and related test hardware).
  • •Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, including equipment qualification, preventative maintenance, calibration, and root cause analysis.
  • •Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with strong communication and teamwork.
