•Lead the FSQA team including QA/QC and sanitation provisioning
•Develop, implement, and ensure all processes in food safety and quality assurance
•Manage daily FSQA operations and drive continuous improvements
•Monitor, analyse, and report FSQA performance using KPIs, trend analyses and site-specific quality metrics
•Assess quality deviations, initiate root cause analyses, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) and escalation handling in coordination with stakeholders

Key Requirements

•Degree in Food Technology, Food Chemistry, Nutrition Science or a related field
•At least 5 years of experience in food safety and quality assurance in the food industry, with leadership experience in a dynamic production environment
•Solid knowledge of relevant food safety standards and certifications (e.g., HACCP, GFSI) and experience with external audits
•Strong understanding of complex production processes and ability to implement cross-functional optimizations
•Data-driven, analytical, and solution-oriented with structured, autonomous work style and proficiency in Google Workspace (G-Suite) and excellent stakeholder management
