Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end workplace investigations, including intake, fact-finding, interviews, evidence analysis, findings, recommendations, and case closure.
  • •Handle complex and sensitive ER matters (e.g., harassment, discrimination, retaliation, misconduct, conflicts of interest, ethics concerns, policy violations).
  • •Serve as a subject-matter expert on employee performance, conduct, disciplinary actions, and involuntary separations; advise on PIPs, corrective actions, and terminations.
  • •Advise and coach HRBPs and business leaders on ER strategy, risk management, and workplace conflict resolution across organizational levels.
  • •Track ER case metrics and drive continuous improvement in investigation quality, case management, governance, and manager enablement.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of employee relations, labor relations, workplace investigations, employment law, or related HR experience.
  • •Independently conduct complex workplace investigations end-to-end.
  • •Experience supporting performance management, disciplinary actions, misconduct cases, and involuntary separations.
  • •Partner with legal, compliance, HR, and business leaders on high-risk employee matters.
  • •Strong knowledge of labor and employment laws and HR compliance in a multinational/matrix environment.
