Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as regional project delivery partner to P&B leadership, advising on delivery performance, priorities, risk exposure, and improvement opportunities.
  • •Lead and continuously improve project review and approval processes, including RDOA and President’s Review Committee risk workflows, ensuring audit-defensible records.
  • •Oversee portfolio performance processes such as readiness reviews, monthly/enhanced project reviews, financial health checks, audits, and closeout reviews.
  • •Use financial and operational data to identify trends and projects needing intervention; guide mitigation and recovery plans for scope/schedule/budget/risk/quality/safety deviations.
  • •Develop and drive adoption of delivery standards, procedures, templates, dashboards, and PDMS tools; build training and capability through onboarding and role-based enablement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, geology, construction management, project management, business, finance, or a related discipline (or equivalent relevant experience).
  • •At least 5 years of progressive experience in project delivery or program management, including operations, risk management, quality, commercial management, or project controls in professional services/consulting.
  • •Experience managing multiple projects/initiatives in a fast-paced, changing environment with competing priorities and deadlines.
  • •Advanced knowledge of project lifecycle governance, project controls, financial management, risk assessment/mitigation, contractual/commercial risk, quality management, and audit/compliance practices.
  • •Ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives and influence senior leaders without direct reporting authority; strong executive communication and audit-defensible documentation.
