Job Summary

Support the Finance team across Latin America by assisting with billing, invoicing, and basic reconciliations; help track payments and organize financial data; support Revenue & Collections and generate financial reports to improve visibility into revenue and cash flow; document routines and align cross-functionally with Account Directors and Executives to ensure billing accuracy and client communications.

•Assist with billing processes, invoice issuance, and basic account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
•Help track payments, organize financial data, and maintain updated records across systems and spreadsheets.
•Support Revenue & Collections activities by monitoring accounts receivable and following up on pending payments.
•Assist in organizing financial reports and supporting data analysis to provide visibility on revenue and cash flow.
•Document routines and support consistency across LATAM operations while coordinating with Account Directors and Executives on financial communication.

•Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
