Pre-Construction Manager - Data Centre

Lead pre-construction activities for data centre development projects from initiation through construction start. Coordinate planning and design with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders, and review architectural, civil, structural, and MEP designs against data centre standards. Support budgeting, cost estimation, value engineering, procurement planning, tendering, and vendor evaluation, while identifying risks, tracking schedules and deliverables, and ensuring regulatory, safety, and quality compliance.
