Key Responsibilities

  • •Project manage delivery of key new regulatory requirements, critical enhancements, and required process/control framework implementations.
  • •Plan medium/long-term project work and manage day-to-day tracking of tasks while monitoring risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • •Work within a wider change programme and established Agile framework supporting regulatory reporting infrastructure build-out.
  • •Manage stakeholder and team engagement across multiple global locations, coordinating deliverables across time zones.
  • •Lead a strategic in-flight initiative as part of the bank’s platform build-out in India, working with technology teams and CFO/LOB stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduate degree in Commerce, Business or Technology.
  • •18+ years of experience delivering complex initiatives and regulatory change.
  • •Proven experience delivering Finance regulatory reporting solutions and processes.
  • •Understanding of key regulations and products (e.g., FinRep, CoRep, AnaCredit) and financial markets.
  • •Strong communication and leadership with the ability to manage senior stakeholders and provide leadership updates.
