Job Summary

•Lead the complete FPM cycle for your function, including budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis, translating operational goals into actionable financial roadmaps.
•Provide data-driven insights and timely recommendations on financial implications to support strategic initiatives and daily operations.
•Build cross-functional partnerships with senior leaders (Tech, Ops, Commercial) to embed finance in day-to-day decisions and mitigate risks.
•Drive performance and profitability through objective resource allocation and ROI optimization.
•Standardize reporting, drive automation and focus on key KPIs to enable high-value analysis and strategic business improvements.

Key Requirements

•5-10 years of experience in financial analysis, business partnering, or related roles
•Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related quantitative field (MBA/ACCA/ACA/CIMA a plus)
•Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, reporting and presentation tools (Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint) with working knowledge of SQL, Tableau or Looker
•Extensive experience in P&L ownership, financial modeling and leading the full FPM cycle (budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis) with Retail, Technology or e-Commerce experience as an advantage
•Strategic, detail-oriented mindset with strong commercial acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders across cross-functional teams
