Director, Real Estate, Physical Security, and Environments

Build and lead Unity’s global Real Estate function, owning end-to-end strategy and execution across portfolio management, transactions, workplace design and capital projects, facilities operations, and physical security risk management. Partner with executive leaders to support business growth, optimize total cost of occupancy, and ensure resilient, compliant operations. Develop multi-year plans, lead security-by-design standards, and govern vendors while delivering KPI-driven performance across all sites.
