Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and coordinate delivery and management of Hybrid Navy capability projects across assigned workstreams and customers.
  • •Maintain engineering management plans, schedules, and interface coordination for each project.
  • •Coordinate engineering inputs across design, build, integration, test, acceptance, and transition to service.
  • •Oversee integration governance and delivery across the full system lifecycle, including inputs from internal programmes, enterprise initiatives, and external partners.
  • •Liaise with customer and design teams to facilitate delivery and acceptance of integrated system solutions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 74,290

Key Requirements

  • •Proven track record of leading and managing design and engineering teams.
  • •Experience managing complexity, risks, and uncertainty in complex projects.
  • •Academic qualification in a STEM-related subject, with ability/willingness to become a Chartered Engineer through a recognised professional institution.
  • •Ability to maintain engineering management plans, schedules, and interfaces for projects across the system lifecycle.
  • •Must meet Baseline Personnel Security Standard (security and export control restrictions apply).
