Job Summary

Provide Level 2 onsite support for enterprise network and infrastructure services, including LAN/WAN/wireless, IP telephony, unified communications, AV/video conferencing, firewalls, building security systems, and telecommunications/cabling. Diagnose incidents using troubleshooting and root-cause analysis, perform network changes, migrations, upgrades, and installations, and execute planned maintenance and emergency restoration. Work with Level 3 teams, vendors, and stakeholders while following ITIL processes and maintaining technical documentation and ticketing records.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide Level 2 onsite support for network and infrastructure technologies, including LAN/WAN/wireless, IP telephony/unified communications, AV/video conferencing, firewalls, building security systems, and telecommunications infrastructure.
•Perform fault isolation, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for incidents and service degradations.
•Execute network changes, migrations, upgrades, and installations following change management processes, and support planned maintenance and emergency restoration.
•Handle incidents and service requests within SLA timelines, escalate complex issues to Level 3 teams or vendors with proper documentation, and participate in problem management.
•Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and network diagrams; update incident records, change logs, and assets; contribute to knowledge base articles and SOPs.

Key Requirements

•Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
•3–5 years of hands-on onsite network/infrastructure support experience in enterprise or managed services environments.
•Solid understanding of LAN/WAN and wireless networking concepts, including IP telephony/VoIP fundamentals.
•Experience troubleshooting networks using established tools and methodologies.
•Familiarity with ITSM/ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and ITIL-based incident, problem, and change processes.
