Key Responsibilities

  • •Reconcile receiving and purchasing documentation and distribute verified documentation to accounting and purchasing
  • •Ensure deliveries are properly received and posted in the company ERP system
  • •Report daily material movement to accounting to reflect used quantity in the production process
  • •Support inventory accuracy through min/max monitoring and monthly or quarterly cycle counts with required tag controls and test counts
  • •Identify and report slow-moving inventory and obsolete material while coordinating warehouse receiving and storage
