Job Summary

Manage daily warehouse operations in Yuma, including accurate inventory tracking, receiving and fulfilling customer orders, and safely loading outbound shipments. Serve as a customer- and cooperative-facing point of contact for products, deliveries, and follow-up. Operate material-handling equipment such as forklifts and support propane delivery operations, including driving a propane truck when needed, while assisting with facility organization and housekeeping.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, tracking and organizing warehouse stock and materials.
•Receive, process, and fulfill customer orders; load outbound orders safely and efficiently.
•Communicate with customers and local cooperatives regarding products, orders, and deliveries.
•Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service and follow-up.
•Operate forklifts and support warehouse operations, including propane delivery operations and driving a propane truck when necessary.

Key Requirements

•2+ years of experience in Operations and/or Business Operations.
•Ability to manage and maintain accurate inventory levels and warehouse stock.
•Receive, process, and fulfill customer orders, including safe outbound loading.
•Ability to operate machinery such as loaders, conveyors, tractors, and track mobile.
•CDL license or ability to attain one with Hazmat endorsement preferred.
