Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure store readiness by monitoring compliance with internal readiness guidelines and SOPs for professional store operations.
  • •Process prescriptions by reviewing and interpreting physician orders and advising customers on dosage, storage, side effects, and drug interactions.
  • •Supervise and develop retail store staff through performance management, KPI tracking, corrective actions, and regular coaching/training.
  • •Monitor sales targets and customer satisfaction through direct observation and reporting.
  • •Manage operational tasks including cash register processing and reconciliations, inventory/logistics, expenses recording, and promotion execution, while ensuring health & safety compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •BSc in Pharmacy (required by law).
  • •1-3 years of experience.
  • •Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
  • •Fluency in English (mandatory) and Arabic (mandatory).
  • •Ability to supervise retail store operations and ensure compliance with SOPs and health & safety procedures.
