Key Responsibilities

•Represent corporate policyholders in complex insurance coverage litigation, arbitrations, and other dispute resolution proceedings involving D&O, Cyber, RWI, CGL, Environmental, E&O, Property/Business Interruption and other first- and third-party coverages
•Advise clients on insurance recovery strategy and a broad range of coverage issues
•Analyze and interpret complex commercial insurance policies, endorsements, exclusions, and coverage provisions
•Draft coverage analyses, pleadings, motions, briefs, and substantive legal memoranda
•Assist clients in securing defense and indemnity coverage for third-party liability claims and other significant losses

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 290,000 - 350,000 annually

Key Requirements

•At least 4 years of relevant experience in insurance recovery, insurance coverage litigation, or policyholder-side coverage counseling
•Demonstrated experience representing policyholders and experience counseling clients on insurance recovery
•Excellent legal research, analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills
•Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
•Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials; admission to the applicable state bar in good standing, or ability to obtain admission promptly
