Group Auditor - IP Coding

Execute corporate, high-complexity audits of inpatient cases to strengthen revenue integrity across NMC’s hospitals. Review clinical documentation, coding accuracy, DRG assignment, LOS justification, and compliance with UAE payer and regulatory requirements. Identify revenue leakage drivers such as under-coding, incorrect DRGs, missed comorbidities, and undocumented services, then produce risk-scored audit reports and recommendations. Partner with CDI, coding, case management, and facility teams to implement corrective actions and track improvement.
