Sous Chef

Support the Head Chef in delivering exceptional dining experiences for residents and visitors at Richmond Village Letcombe. You’ll prepare and cook meals that meet food hygiene requirements, handle dietary needs, and ensure safe, compliant service. Working within defined shift times and rotating across a four-day schedule, you’ll help maintain a welcoming, clean kitchen and manage food within prescribed storage periods.
