Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor project performance to ensure cost, schedule, planning, reporting, information management, contracting and procurement objectives are met.
  • •Establish, implement, and ensure compliance with Project Services & Controls procedures and processes.
  • •Direct preparation of the annual business plan and related budget, and act as a focal point for project assessments, including ADNOC reviews and Independent Project Reviews.
  • •Direct preparation of daily/weekly/monthly management and project reports and presentations, coordinating with the Business Planning & Management Reporting team.
  • •Lead risk management, advise on cost/schedule impacts of changes, and oversee financial reporting, accounting activities, accruals, cash calls, and reconciliations to audit requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •20+ years’ experience in the oil & gas sector, including Project Controls Management experience on large projects.
  • •Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (or equivalent) and a Master’s degree in management (or equivalent).
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • •Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
  • •Knowledge of relevant international codes and standards, with experience managing contractors/suppliers and interfaces.
