Key Responsibilities

  • •Support planning and design of civil engineering infrastructure including roads & transport, stormwater, services and utilities, and earthworks.
  • •Deliver work packages including detailed design, engineering calculations, and interpretation of site and project data.
  • •Contribute to stormwater design, bulk earthworks support, and basic water and wastewater infrastructure design checks.
  • •Identify discrepancies in calculations, drawings, models, or inputs and raise them promptly for resolution.
  • •Support client activities such as preparation of tenders and proposals, and collaborate with internal teams across engineering disciplines.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as a Civil Engineer on civil/site infrastructure design and ability to obtain Defence clearance.
  • •Ideally 5-10 years’ post-graduate experience in civil/site infrastructure design.
  • •Exposure to applying Austroads, Australian Standards, and local council/authority requirements.
  • •Broad general civil design skills across roads, water, wastewater, and drainage.
  • •Excellent communication and high-quality technical and non-technical report writing, with a process-driven, detail-oriented approach.
