Job Summary

Serve as the primary service and maintenance contact for customers in a defined Wichita market, commissioning, troubleshooting, repairing, and starting up HVAC systems in commercial environments. Work with internal and external partners on new setups and retrofits, using blueprints/engineering specifications and hand tools alongside cutting-edge technology. Coordinate with team leaders and customers, enforce safety standards, and maintain accountability of company assets while supporting on-site work as business needs require.

•Coordinate with team leaders/project managers and customers to understand requirements for on-site installation and repairs, including forecasting issues and synchronizing work.
•Serve as direct customer contact and ensure customer satisfaction by diagnosing and repairing HVAC equipment and systems at customer locations.
•Diagnose and repair units using blueprints or engineering specifications and a variety of hand tools, supported by cutting-edge software/technology.
•Maintain flexibility for overtime and weekends as needed, including occasional overnight stays for customer support.
•Enforce safety standards and record use, wear, and condition to maintain accountability of company-issued and procured assets.

Key Requirements

•Must possess a valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations.
•Flexible availability for overtime and weekends as the business requires, including occasional overnight stays.
