Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage safety, quality, productivity, cost, and culture for the manufacturing department in line with procedures, standards, and customer requirements.
  • •Establish, maintain, communicate, and enforce safety, quality, waste, and productivity standards; ensure housekeeping per 5S and GMP.
  • •Oversee the department Performance Control System (PCS): KPIs, auditing shift meetings, leading department meetings, and maintaining action item registers.
  • •Supervise salaried staff of Shift Supervisors including hiring, terminations, recognition, discipline, training, employee relations, performance management, and salary administration.
  • •Lead continuous improvement and best practice execution, including capital project recommendations and investigation/corrective actions for injuries, incidents, near misses, and customer complaints.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with emphasis on a technical field or equivalent education and experience.
  • •5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
