Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead digital transformation and automation initiatives across PWI Operations, identifying opportunities to reduce manual work and improve execution quality.
  • •Architect and develop business unit reporting, dashboards, and scalable data and analytics solutions using Power BI and Databricks.
  • •Own production support and lifecycle management for business-critical digital tools, workflows, and reporting assets, including documentation, access management, and enhancement planning.
  • •Partner with operations and cross-functional teams to streamline processes, map current/future-state requirements, and ensure adoption of solutions.
  • •Advance AI readiness by standardizing and governing operational datasets and deploying practical AI-enabled solutions that improve efficiency and scalability.

Key Requirements

  • •4-year or graduate degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field, or commensurate work experience.
  • •7-10 years of work experience in data analytics, database management, statistical analysis, or a related field.
  • •Experience building business intelligence dashboards and reporting solutions, including Power BI and data modeling.
  • •Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and operational data/automation (e.g., PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Query).
  • •Strong data quality, validation, governance, and lifecycle support experience for production reporting assets.
