Job Summary

Lead regional service parts planning by analyzing and forecasting demand, positioning parts at the right locations in the correct quantities and on time. Collaborate with SME teams to improve methodologies supporting Ramp sites, Service Agreements, and FPM, and drive inventory readiness. Own root-cause analysis for fill-rate misses, manage planning KPIs and reporting, and build planning systems and dashboards using ERP and visualization tools.

Key Responsibilities

•Execute and coordinate service parts strategy by monitoring appropriate service parts fill rate in line with company strategy and customer entitlement.
•Master demand forecast methodology and apply service parts planning technology to support strong inventory control and management performance.
•Utilize project management to support Service Agreement and Ramp Site planning and ensure spares readiness.
•Lead root cause and corrective action analysis for service parts fill rate misses and manage KPI performance.
•Manage internal/external planning KPIs and reporting; build and run planning systems and dashboards using ERP planning systems and visualization tools.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•At least 8 to 10 years of inventory, supply planning, material planning, or demand planning experience.
•Thorough functional and transactional knowledge of ERP or supply chain systems (SAP, SPP).
•Ability to analyze data and enable operational decision-making or provide clear recommendations to leadership.
•3 years of manager experience mentoring, coaching, and developing skills.
•BA/BS college degree required (Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain Management preferred); APICS or other forecasting/planning/procurement certification preferred.
