Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and mentor a small team to manage day-to-day IT/network projects, obligations, incident & disaster management, and preventative/reactive maintenance.
  • •Design, implement, and operate enterprise wired and wireless network infrastructure, including Cisco core/access switches, wireless access points, controllers, routing, and network services; establish and enforce configuration/backup/change standards.
  • •Oversee network security using FortiGate, including segmentation and secure connectivity; coordinate vulnerability remediation, patching, and security improvements with Cybersecurity teams.
  • •Manage server, storage, and virtualization infrastructure (Synology storage and Proxmox VE), including upgrades, migrations, patching/backup, monitoring, and operational dashboards.
  • •Own backup/recovery and disaster recovery readiness, define and test procedures, and support AV/exhibition network needs for interactive exhibits and visitor-facing systems (including RTLS/RFID).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Network Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
  • •8–10 years of network and infrastructure engineering and operations experience, including at least 3 years in a senior/lead/managerial role.
  • •Strong experience with enterprise networking (Cisco), servers, storage, virtualization, network security, monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery.
  • •Experience with technologies including Cisco, FortiGate, Proxmox VE, ManageEngine, Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic Stack, OpenVAS, OpenSCAP, CrowdStrike, GitLab, Plastic SCM, and ZeroTier (or equivalents).
  • •Experience managing infrastructure projects, vendors, major incidents, upgrades, migrations, and technology lifecycle activities.
