Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and deliver production-grade AI agents that are central, mission-critical, and drive revenue directly to Sierra's growth.
  • •Own the Agent Development Life Cycle from pilot through deployment and continuous iteration, defining ADLC best practices.
  • •Partner with large enterprises and cutting-edge startups to understand challenges and deploy AI agents at scale.
  • •Collaborate with research, product, and platform teams to shape the evolution of Sierra's core platform.
  • •Prototype new tools and features and surface unmet needs to guide product direction.
