Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary quality interface for LO and RF systems across design, manufacturing, and test to ensure quality from concept through high-rate production.
  • •Provide DFM/DFT/DFR/DFI feedback on LO antennas and features, ensuring unambiguous specifications, drawings, and test requirements for LO/RF performance.
  • •Review and approve decomposition of system requirements (e.g., link-budget, RCS) and ensure measurability, verifiability, and traceability through quality plans.
  • •Develop and implement Quality Control Plans for LO structures, coatings, and RF components, safeguarding adherence to specialized materials and processes.
  • •Lead PPAP and FAI for LO/RF components and assemblies, ensuring compliance with material and geometric requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or other STEM Field
  • •5+ years of Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Quality, or Product Test Engineering experience with a focus on RF/Low Observable technologies in aerospace
  • •Proficient understanding of RF concepts including antennas, impedance matching, link-budget analysis, and co-site interference
  • •Experience with RF modeling/measurement tools (HFSS, CST Microwave Studio, SENTRi, ADS, FEKO) and antenna testing (anechoic chamber, near-field/far-field, RCS)
  • •Experience with Design for Manufacturability/Inspection/Test/Reliability (DFM/DFI/DFR) and PPAP/FAI processes
