Job Function: Executive & General Management

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and mentor a team of engineers on complex mechanical projects
•Produce high quality technical and professional deliverables for projects and proposals
•Design complex air distribution and hydronic systems and automatic building automation controls for large facilities
•Attend client meetings and lead discussions, communicating technical concepts clearly to clients and stakeholders
•Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver integrated facility designs and manage project schedules and budgets

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Proven history of Mechanical or Architectural Engineering with mechanical building systems emphasis
•Registered Professional Engineer (PE)
•10+ years of experience in designing mechanical systems for the high performing, commercial, industrial or mission critical/data center buildings
•Experience mentoring and training others in field
•Strong verbal and written communication skills
