Disease Area Lead, HCP Engagement Operations

Plan, execute, and align Marketing initiatives for all HCP engagements within a designated disease area. Own HCP engagement planning using the annual HCP Engagement Plan, serve as primary point of contact for disease-area HCP issues, and translate KPI reporting into actionable recommendations. Lead speaker program and HCP vendor engagement execution, ensure compliance and documentation requirements are met, provide training oversight, and drive continuous improvements to the HCP engagement operation.
