Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify friction points in how work moves across marketing teams and design/roll out process improvements.
  • •Own admin-level configuration and governance of the marketing work management platform (Asana), including templates, custom fields, rules, and work structure standards.
  • •Lead evaluation and implementation of automation and no-code tooling (including AI tools) to scale team capacity.
  • •Run the marketing budget process end-to-end: annual planning, monthly forecasting, reconciliation, and ongoing budget models/dashboards for leadership visibility.
  • •Oversee marketing events and logistics (including travel arrangements), manage leadership meeting cadences, and facilitate exec meetings with decision capture and follow-through.
