Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and execute payments, ensuring compliance with internal policies, controls, and local regulations.
  • •Review and approve payment proposals for accuracy and completeness prior to execution.
  • •Serve as the main escalation point for payment rejections or exceptions, coordinating with Treasury, Accounting, auditors, and banking partners.
  • •Monitor and reconcile interim and clearing accounts, resolving open items and reporting findings to GBS leaders and market stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in Accounting, Commerce/Business Administration, or Finance.
  • •3+ years of relevant experience in Payments, Treasury, or Accounts Payable operations.
  • •Strong knowledge of SAP and banking platforms, plus tools such as Concur, Ariba, FIP, and APWF.
  • •Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • •Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement process improvements.
