Oversee and execute compliant payment operations for vendors, employees, and other entities within the Global Business Services team. Review and approve payment proposals, act as the escalation point for rejections and exceptions, and manage reconciliation of interim and clearing accounts. Use KPIs and payment trend analysis to identify risks and drive process improvements, while supporting audits and cross-functional automation to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and transparency.
