Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the FedRAMP authorization process for products and programs (Joint Authorization Board or Agency).
  • •Identify and define secure, scalable public-sector cloud solutions for US Federal agencies and highly regulated sovereign entities.
  • •Ensure product engineering solutions align with NIST SP 800-53, FIPS requirements, and the FedRAMP Continuous Monitoring (ConMon) framework.
  • •Translate customer requirements into compliant technical solutions and manage requirements through PRDs.
  • •Partner with compliance, sales, and marketing on product lifecycle strategy, RFPs, briefings, and government go-to-market value propositions.

Key Requirements

  • •1 to 3 years of experience managing products in the FedRAMP, GovRAMP, or IL4/IL5 ecosystem.
  • •Strong familiarity with cloud security architecture, zero-trust principles, and automated compliance tooling.
  • •Ability to translate “Gov-speak” and security requirements into clear technical specifications for developers.
  • •Experience advocating for features solving government needs such as IAM integrations for PIV/CAC cards and specialized CJIS/ITAR storage.
  • •Experience ensuring product roadmaps include offline documentation, local API mirrors, and manual update mechanisms for sovereign cloud customers.
