Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead electrical system design and development for sustainable projects, including renewable energy systems, EV charging, and energy-efficient building systems.
  • •Develop electrical designs for substations compliant with authority regulations and requirements (KSA/UAE).
  • •Integrate sustainability and decarbonization strategies into electrical design solutions across commercial, industrial, and public infrastructure projects.
  • •Ensure electrical designs comply with relevant codes and green building certification requirements; review and approve drawings, calculations, schematics, and specifications.
  • •Manage end-to-end project lifecycle and guide/mentor electrical engineers and CAD/Revit technicians while overseeing reports, feasibility studies, and risk assessments.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or building services engineering.
  • •10+ years of experience in electrical design engineering for building services.
  • •Proven experience leading sustainable electrical design projects, including energy-efficient design and grid-interactive systems.
  • •Strong knowledge of sustainable building practices.
  • •Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit MEP (plus ETAP, Dialux, Amtech) and familiarity with BS, CIBSE, NFPA, and local codes (KSA/UAE).
