Key Responsibilities

  • •Start at the delivery hub and head out on route to deliver and install products into customers’ homes.
  • •Load the lorry with the day’s deliveries alongside the warehouse team.
  • •Provide great customer service as a John Lewis brand ambassador and handle unexpected situations respectfully.
  • •Install products efficiently and quickly, and demonstrate how they work once installed.
  • •Maintain a safe working environment and keep up to date with new products and technologies.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 29,500 - 41,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Previous installation experience is required (installer accreditation support is provided).
  • •Manual C1 UK driving licence with a maximum of 6 points.
  • •DCPC (Driver Certificate of Professional Competence) or Driver Qualification Card by the first day.
  • •Tachograph Card.
  • •Previous experience driving a 7.5-tonne vehicle and in a customer-facing role, with strong verbal communication and good technology understanding.
