Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and implement enterprise-level information management strategies aligned to organisational and client objectives.
  • •Establish and maintain IM policies, standards, and procedures in line with ISO 19650 and broader governance frameworks.
  • •Lead information risk management, ensuring risks are identified, reported, and mitigated.
  • •Oversee end-to-end information lifecycle management (creation, classification, storage, retrieval, retention, disposal).
  • •Lead the configuration, administration, and optimisation of digital platforms including Common Data Environments (CDEs), Microsoft 365/SharePoint Online, and BIM platforms.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8+ years’ experience in Information Management, Digital Delivery, or Data Governance within the built environment or infrastructure sector.
  • •Degree (or equivalent experience) in Engineering, Information Management, Data Science, or a related discipline.
  • •Experience aligned to senior-level frameworks (e.g., GKIM Level 6 or equivalent).
  • •Professional certifications desirable: Microsoft 365 / Azure; ISO 19650 Practitioner; Information Governance or Records Management certifications.
  • •Must have or be able obtain SC Security Clearance.
