Relationship Banker / Senior Relationship Banker - Lavonia

Develop and grow client relationships in Lavonia through consultative conversations, referrals, and sales of deposit, credit, convenience, and other financial products. Provide industry-leading service both in person and by phone, meet client service and branch sales targets, and support the team sales process. Cross-trained to perform teller duties as needed, advise on consumer lending options, and follow internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies.
