Assistant Teacher

Support a mixed-age Montessori classroom (Infant, Toddler, and Children’s House ages 3–6) by observing children, preparing and maintaining an orderly learning environment, and assisting with individualized and small-group activities. Build warm, respectful relationships with children and families while collaborating with Lead Guides and your team to strengthen classroom community. Help children develop independence, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning.
