Key Responsibilities

•Lead the client-side delivery of capital works across the ACT as part of a larger capital works programme.
•Deliver construction-focused capital projects while managing technical, commercial, and contractual matters.
•Develop, manage, and deliver a pipeline of complex projects across the full project lifecycle.
•Run projects with minimal oversight, including design management, procurement, and construction delivery.
•Monitor schedules, follow up for timely progression, and review consultant submissions and technical documentation.

Key Requirements

•Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field (desirable).
•Significant experience as a Project Manager across the end-to-end project lifecycle (scope, design, construction) with a focus on building infrastructure.
•Strong understanding of Australian Standard consultancy and construction contracts, standards, and codes.
•Ability to develop, manage, and deliver a pipeline of complex projects while balancing risk, timelines, cost, and stakeholder expectations.
•Proficiency with the MS Office suite, including MS Project.
