Key Responsibilities

  • •Issue, reissue and refund passenger tickets.
  • •Book, ticket and confirm flight reservations; rebook passengers during oversold flights and irregular operations.
  • •Perform passenger check-in and seat assignment, rectify oversold seat assignments, and issue upgrades.
